Florida Moving Forward

Brightline is actively constructing a new rail line to connect more stops in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando. Service connecting South Florida to Central Florida is expected to open in late 2022/ beginning of 2023.
The Brightline trains were designed with luxury, safety, comfort and accessibility in mind. The trains are designed to easily accommodate guests using assistive devices such as walkers, wheelchairs, and strollers. The locomotives have diesel-electric clean biodiesel engines for lower emissions and reduced noise. There are convenient bicycles, checked baggage, and carry-on storage on board. The trains are pet friendly so you can travel through Florida with your furry friend.

So hold on tight Floridians, South Florida is still on the rise! 

According to Fannie Mae: A recession is likely in 2023, but the hot housing market should cushion the blow. Demand for new homes will likely continue to outpace supply in the near future, which will be a driving factor in keeping prices and economic activity high through to 2023. 

Home prices are expected to keep rising for the foreseeable future, albeit at a slower rate than they have in the recent past due to the higher mortgage rates.
